THE PROJECT
PTB successful completed Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp’s (MSK) move to Century City. Their new 75,000 SF, three floor location at 2049 Century Park East consists of 19 conference rooms, 113 exterior private offices, 90 interior private offices, client lounge, and retrofitted inter-connecting stair with polished stainless steel handrails & glass. Custom wood veneer and marble flooring are prominent throughout the space and play a key role in the lobby and workstations. We put in built-in conference tables & credenzas at all 19 conference rooms. Custom metal trim work at doors, veneered conference room credenzas & workstations along with radiused soffits complete the updated look at the new home of MSK in Century City.
