THE PROJECT
McDermott Will & Emery (MWE) hired PTB to assist in their new 2-floor office in Century City at 2049 Century Park East. This 2-floor, 60,000 SF full demolition and rebuild included 140 private offices, 36 built-in workstations, 7 conference rooms and 7 boardrooms. The impressive space features back painted glass at both elevator lobby walls with stainless steel & vinyl graphics. The reception area and client lounge are constructed with veneer walls and Italian Azul Macaubas marble throughout. Skyfold dividers add to the sleek but functional design to create a multi-purpose room that can be divided into three separate spaces for assorted functions. Glass handrails, veneer wrapped columns, drywall reveals & fabric wall panels complete the contemporary and upscale look.
