THE PROJECT
Nuveen, a premier global investment firm, hired PTB for their complete buildout at 2029 Century Park East in Century City. This 2-floor, 40,000 SF remodel consisted of 56 private offices, 20 conference rooms, a client lounge and 3 additional support pantries. This successful project showcases a custom built-in slab reception desk, conference tables with credenzas and multiple veneer AV walls. The new elegant space welcomes you with custom lighting and stone slab walls at the elevator lobbies.
