THE PROJECT
Clyde & Co, selected PTB for their Los Angeles buildout at 355 S. Grand Avenue. This full-floor remodel at the Wells Fargo Tower included new conference rooms, breakout areas, pantries and private offices. The existing offices were retrofitted with glass fronts and updated lighting. Upgrades also included a new client lounge in the reception area and new ceilings at open areas with custom lighting. The remaining space, which included the restrooms and elevator lobby were modernized with updated wall, floor and ceiling finishes throughout.
