Pacific Tusk updated MSK’s look at their new home in Century City.

Nuveen, a premier global investment firm, hired PTB for their complete buildout at 2029 Century Park East in Century City.

McDermott Will & Emery (MWE) hired PTB to assist in their new 2-floor office in Century City.

Pacific Tusk took a raw and dated manufacturing building and converted it into exciting first-class office space. This 40,000 square foot project with Jonathan Louis required everything except the four walls to be brand new!

This lobby project is located in the heart of the South Coast Metro Area. As you walk through the doors, you are greeted by the new stone reception desk and clean, lighter and more vibrant finishes throughout.

This 20,000 square foot buildout included high-end millwork with built-in custom workstations, credenzas, wood walls & column surrounds.

Nano Banc is dedicated to changing banking for the better and fostering community and business growth. This project consisted of tailoring existing finishes to Nano Banc’s tastes and corporate culture.

This law firm is located in the beautiful city of Beverly Hills. As you enter the Penthouse Floor the veneer, brick & stone finishes reflect a loft vibe that doesn’t typically exist in Beverly Hills.

The ownership of this historic building at 818 W. 7th Street in Downtown Los Angeles partnered with PTB to carefully restore their unique and notable lobby. There was extensive structural work done for a new spiral staircase, 2nd floor platforms and 3rd floor floating pods anchored to the structure.

To accommodate this law firm’s merger, an additional 14,000 square feet was merged with their existing space. A refreshed elevator lobby featuring custom blue veneer wall panels with integrated signage welcomes their diverse celebrity clientele.

Beverly Place’s courtyard located at the world famous Mercedes Benz in Beverly Hills. With all new bistro lights, IPE deck flooring, motorized awnings & beautiful fountains this building now has the courtyard & common areas that is rightly deserves.
